Running Outreach Program
A dynamic interactive presentation brought to your “home field” that teaches proper warm-up, conditioning, and body mechanic techniques designed to improve performance and prevent injury. This program is targeted at athletes ages nine – college level, their coaches and parents.
Dartfish Running Analysis
Dartfish Video Analysis is computer based software that assists in analyzing the technical and biomechancial movements of running. The use of this video software is most beneficial in giving the athlete visual feedback and assists in the learning process of CORRECT running, which will help with INJURY PREVENTION and will help build a faster athlete.
